The Customer Care team at Dunmow Waste Management sit at the very heart of the business, delivering exceptional quality of service when dealing with customers from across the county of Essex.

Young and vibrant, the team have undergone what is an extensive training programme that covers all aspects of the skip and waste clearance business from vehicle inventory, scheduling and account management to environmental regulations and sales negotiation.

To ensure customers benefit from this knowledge, each team member champions a variety of key services and responsibilities:

•  Mo – Sales Advisor / Online Chat / Bookings and Processing

As a business that understands the needs of their customers, the telesales team are available to assist with customer requirements six days a week.

Monday – Friday:   7:30am – 5:30pm

Saturday:   7:30am – 12:30pm

Easily accessible from the Dunmow website homepage, customers can check availability for our full range of services, request quotations, check up on their order or book a skip collection or exchange.

The We-Collect-Waste service from Dunmow Waste delivers a quick and effective solution to customers who may not have space for a skip or require the quick removal of their waste.  The ‘Man-and-Van’ team offers customers a more personalised service with a hands-on approach.

Dunmow Waste’s new WhatsApp service is now available for all We-Collect-Waste customers.  The process is simple; customers ‘WhatsApp’ their requirements and pictures on the dedicated number, and a member of the team responds with an accurate quotation along with confirmation of the next available collection slot.

To accept the quote, customers need only reply ‘Yes’ and they will receive a call within minutes from a member of the Customer Care team to finalise the booking.
