Customer Service Advisor

The role of a Customer Service Advisor is to successfully obtain and qualify new business leads, by completing both inbound and outbound calls. The advisor’s main responsibilities will be to answer approximately a high level of inbound calls from new and existing customers, dealing with enquiries, bookings, new sales, as well as making outbound calls to customers and prospective leads. The role is primarily office based, however there will be opportunities to attend customer meetings and take on more responsibility in line with the advisor’s core development plan.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maximise sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge and understanding the customer’s needs.
  • Contribute to the team and individual targets as set by management.
  • Answer a high level of inbound calls every day.
  • To take ownership of calls and manage your own workload with an organised approach.
  • Updating internal systems accurately
  • Ensuring strong knowledge of products and services offered.
  • Qualifying customers to understand their needs and advising the best products suited.
  • Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval.
  • Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current customers.
  • Making outbound calls to prospective customers and account customers.
  • Help the team manage Sales Email inbox and deal with enquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Manage all customer queries, issues and enquiries in accordance with the business escalation process.
  • Positive attitude towards work, team and customers.
  • Ability to manage under pressure and heavy work load.
  • Be keen to learn and adapt to new and high pressure situations.
  • Attend regular team meetings and contribute to improve the team.
  • Consult with Senior Team member on best practices and guidance.

Grab Driver

Dunmow Waste are looking for someone to join our ever expanding team. The Candidate will need a Class 2 Licence for a minimum of a year and Grab Experience is also required.
The role is a full time permanent position starting immediately.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ability to Operate the Grab Lorry in a safe and efficient way following all company policies and procedures.
  • Carry out daily defect checks reporting any faults to the Transport Manager.
  • Deliver and collect materials on selected routes allocated by the Transport Manager.
  • Liase with Customers and/or Site Personnel in a Safe and Professional Manner.
  • Ensure the Lorry and it’s Load is safe and secure at all times.
  • Ensure the Safety of members of the public and operational staff whilst the HGV is operating.
  • To complete all required work and/or Paperwork required.
  • Be able to operate a hand held electronic device to receive and complete work.
  • Build Strong relationships with Customers and/or Site Personnel.
  • Act Professionally at all times.
  • Ensure all aspects of Health and Safety Regulations are met. Including wearing full PPE at all times.
  • Have experience of dealing with Customers in person.
  • Good Geographical knowledge.
  • Extensive knowledge of Drivers Hours, Tachograph Rules and Legislation.
  • Flexibility and Good Verbal and Listening skills.
  • Attend regular team meetings and contribute to improve the team.

New Business Sales Executive

The role of a New Business Sales Executive is to successfully obtain and qualify new business leads, by completing both inbound and outbound calls. The main responsibilities will be to answer approximately a high level of inbound calls from new and existing customers, looking for opportunities to up sell, cross selling other products, dealing with inquiries, bookings, new sales, as well as making outbound calls to existing customers and prospective leads. The role is primarily office based, however there will be opportunities to attend customer meetings and take on more responsibility in line with the adviser's core development plan.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maximise sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge and understanding the customer’s needs.
  • Dealing with objection handling and looking to cross sell other products when necessary.
  • Contribute to the team and look to both achieve and exceed individual targets as set out by management.
  • Answer a high level of inbound calls daily in a confident, professional and friendly manner.
  • To take ownership of calls and manage your own workload with an organised approach, being proactive and using your own initiative.
  • Updating internal systems accurately and being organised.
  • Ensuring strong knowledge of products and services offered.
  • Qualifying customers to understand their needs and advising the best products suited.
